BriskPDF

Converting PDFs is a pain!

If you've got several Google docs to convert to PDF, you have to open each file individually, export as PDF and then re-upload the file to drive. The BriskPDF Workspace add-on converts multiple files in a single step, and your files never leave the safety of your Google Drive! BriskPDF is provided completely free and does not use your personal or corporate information in any way beyond what is needed to convert your files. Brisk PDF will soon be available on the Add-on Marketplace, or you can download the source from our github.

How it works

Select Files

In Google drive, select one or more Google documents  for conversion. Keep in mind that not all Drive files are supported for PDF conversion.

Select Destination

Choose the destination folder for your conversion. You can save to your My Drive, folders shared with you, or shared drives...also known as "team drives".

Convert Files

Files will be added to a job queue and converted in a few minutes. You can check the status of your conversions by clicking "HOME"

Limitations

Supported filetypes are Google native files only. This includes Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Drawings. Any other filetypes (such as docx, xlsx, or jpg files) will not be converted.

Only files under 10MB are supported for conversion.

You will be advised if your selected file is not supported for conversion.
